Any activity that occurs under your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. f32com will not be held liable for any loss arising from the unauthorized use of your Account credentials.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds. f32com reserves the right to verify registration information at any time, including during the KYC process prior to first withdrawal.

f32com is committed to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraudulent activity. Before processing your first withdrawal request, we require all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Deposits are processed in real time for e-wallet methods (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and within 5–15 minutes for local bank transfers during banking hours. f32com does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 25.000 for e-wallets and Rp 50.000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits vary by account tier and payment method.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by f32com's finance team. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. f32com aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours during WIB business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Processing times may vary during peak periods or public holidays.
All accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). f32com does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of internationally issued payment instruments are borne solely by the Player.
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Payments from or to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. f32com reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third party and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
Fast Withdrawals: Players who maintain verified accounts with complete KYC documentation benefit from priority withdrawal processing. We encourage all players to complete verification early to avoid delays when funds are needed.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by f32com are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and validity periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sports event, f32com will rely on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for domestic Indonesian football, or the relevant league organizer for BRI Liga 1).
All casino games offered on f32com — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or use live-streamed physical dealing processes provided by licensed studio operators including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. All content on the f32com Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game content, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of f32com or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from f32com.
f32com aims to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure issues may affect availability. f32com will not be liable for any loss of profit, opportunity, or data arising from Platform unavailability.
Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. f32com is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. By using f32com, you acknowledge that you gamble at your own risk and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f32com's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
f32com shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failure, cyberattacks, or acts of God.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting f32com customer support. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
